Several years ago we set out looking for a great place in Niverville to grab dinner and watch a game or meet with friends. Finding options were limited, the idea for Hespeler’s Cookhouse & Tavern was born. Located in the Niverville Heritage Centre, Hespeler’s is the best place to grab dinner with your family, enjoy a cocktail or glass of wine, or catch a game.

Great food and huge portions! The Father’s Day menu was really good, the staff was super friendly and it was a great atmosphere! I will definitely be making it a weekly hangout!

By far the BEST burger I have ever had!! Yes there are not a lot of options on the menu, which I have to say is not a bad thing, but everything we had was awesome!!

Portions are HUGE and the food is excellent! Highly recommend! Decent beer variety, very minimal wine list but hey, it’s a tavern, not a snooty people only club. Good time.
